Course Transfer and Exemption Report Form for External Upwards Transfer Students placed through "Dikey Geçiş Sınavı" by ÖSYM is available both in WORD as well as in PDF forms.
This form is required to specify the list of courses transfered as well as the courses exempted at Bilkent University.
Copies of this form should be provided both to the student himself and to the Registrar's Office as a part of the decision taken by the Faculty/School Executive Committee.
