Faculty, Institute and School Executive Boards

Each faculty, institute and school has an executive board, which makes recommendations and decisions on issues brought to it by the respective dean/director and by students.

  • Faculty Executive Board – Headed by the faculty’s dean; its members are the assistant dean(s), three professors, two associate professors and one assistant professor.
  • Institute Executive Board – Headed by the institute’s director; its members are the assistant director(s) and three faculty members chosen by the board from candidates submitted by the director.
  • School Executive Board – Headed by the school’s director; its members are the assistant director(s) and three members of the school’s academic staff chosen by the board from candidates submitted by the director.
