The American Chemical Society (ACS) has launched a new journal dedicated to electrochemistry, named ACS Electrochemistry. Assoc. Prof. Burak Ülgüt of the Department of Chemistry has been appointed as a member of the inaugural Editorial Advisory Board, joining distinguished electrochemists across the globe.

Ikeda Research Award to Dr. Türker Özsarı
Assistant Professor Türker Özsarı has been awarded with ‘Masatoshi Gündüz Ikeda Research Award’ given by the Mathematics Foundation for his contributions to mathematics. At the award ceremony, Türker Özsarı gave a seminar titled “Results on the Well-Posedness and Control of Evolution PDEs on Domains with Boundaries”.
