English Preparatory Program Students:
75% refundable by 17 January 2024
50% refundable by 19 January 2024
No payments will be refunded after 19 January 2024
All Other Students:
75% refundable by 23 January 2024
50% refundable by 26 January 2024
No payments will be refunded after 26 January 2024
- Students who applied for transfer to another university with their central placement scores but have also paid their Bilkent University Spring semester tuition can request refunds only according to the tuition refund calendar above.
- Tuition payments are not refunded to students placed in the English Preparatory Program for the spring semester and to students who have been registered in their departmental courses, even if through course preloading.
- In the English Preparatory Program no refunds are made to students who pass an external exam (IELTS or TOEFL) in accordance with “English Proficiency Principles Through External Examination” after the date of the announcement of class lists. These students may continue to develop their English skills by attending the preparatory course in which they are already enrolled.
