2024 Mezuniyet Balosu, Bilkent Üniversitesi Kariyer ve Mezunlar Ofisi Mezuniyet Komitesi tarafından, 24 Haziran Pazartesi günü Bilkent Otel ve Konferans Merkezi’nde gerçekleştirilecektir. 20:00’da başlayacak olan Mezuniyet Balosu’nda CANTO Orkestrası ve 00:00-02:30 arası DJ Levent Özkazanç sahne alacaktır.
Mezuniyet Balosu bilet ücreti 1.900 TL’dir ve detaylarını burada bulacağınız menüyü kapsamaktadır.
Biletlerinizi en geç 3 Haziran 2024 saat 17:00’a kadar satın alabilirsiniz. Balo biletlerinizi kredi kartı veya havale / EFT yöntemi ile ödeyebilirsiniz. Bir kişi en fazla 2 bilet alabilecektir.

Bilet ödemesini yapan mezun ve mezun adaylarımız basılı biletlerini 27-31 Mayıs arası ve 3 Haziran 2024 tarihlerinde mesai saatleri içerisinde, Öğrenci Dekanlığı Binası’ndaki Kariyer ve Mezunlar Ofisi’nden alabilecektir. Teslimat sırasında aynı masada oturmak istediğiniz arkadaşlarınızla birlikte masa numaranızı da belirleyebilirsiniz.
Balo girişleri, basılı biletlerin kontrolüyle gerçekleşecektir. Basılı bileti olmayanlar, ödeme yapmış olsalar bile baloya alınmayacaktır.
Bilet iadesi yoktur.

The 2024 Graduation Ball will be organized by the Graduation Committee of Bilkent University Career and Alumni Office on June 24, 2024. The ball will take place at the Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center, at 8pm. CANTO Orchestra will be taking the stage during the event, which will continue with DJ Levent Özkazanç between 00:00 a.m. – 02:30 a.m.
The ticket price for the Graduation Ball is 1.900 TL and includes the menu, the details of which you can find here.
You can buy your tickets until, Monday June 3, at 17:00. You can pay your tickets by credit card or Bank Transfer/EFT. One person can buy maximum 2 tickets
Those who want to attend the ball will fill out the application form via https://forms.gle/rcJDwN1s3gfrLT9T9 and an informational e-mail will be sent to those who specify their payment method. Please do not forget to specify the number of participants in registration form.
We would like to remind you that ticket fee will not be refunded.
Graduates and graduate candidates who have completed the ticket payment will be able to get their printed tickets from the Career and Alumni Office, Figen Çoruh meeting hall in the Student Union Building during working hours on 27 – 31 May and 3 June. As you get your ticket(s), you can also specify the table number, with your friends whom you want to sit at the same table.
During entrance to the ball, printed tickets will be checked. Those who do not have their printed tickets with them, will not be allowed to enter even if the payment was made.
