The discussion then introduces the “Social Cohesion Index” specifically designed for the Arab region, illustrating its application through various survey-based studies in Tunisia. Following this, the talk revisits the concept of social cohesion, highlighting the efforts of United Nations agencies in promoting it among Syrian refugees in Türkiye, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq.
