Third-year Faculty of Law students Eymen Kurt, Barış Can Tuna, and Mert Çukadar won second place in the second edition of the Serkan Odaman Essay Contest, organized by the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) İzmir.
The subject of the contest was the good faith principle and its applications in different fields of law. In their article, “The Application of the Good Faith Principle in Anglo-American and Civil Law Systems: Example of Lesion,” the students analyzed the concept of “lesion” and its relation to the good faith principle from a comparative perspective.
