INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS AND STUDENTS ADMITTED FROM ABROAD WHO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REGISTER THROUGH THE HIGHER EDUCATION COUNCIL’S REGULATION FOR ADMISSION FROM ABROAD
Tuition fee for the 2023 – 2024 academic year (including 10% VAT):
– For students admitted before 2016 is 14,800 USD
– For students admitted between 2016 and 2022 is 15,600 USD
– For students admitted in 2023 is 16,200 USD
Students, who will send their tuition fees from abroad can make a wire transfer to the bank account of Garanti Bank provided below. During the process, the student’s name and surname must be stated and the document showing that the wire transfer has been made, must be sent to the Registrar’s Office.
The annual tuition fee is paid in two equal installments, before Fall and Spring semester course registrations, by the deadline in the academic calendar.

In line with the Higher Education Council’s Regulation for Admission from Abroad, students who are eligible to register at Bilkent University and had acquired Turkish citizenship at birth but later renounced their citizenship status with the approval of Ministry of Internal Affairs, are required to pay the tuition fee for the students admitted from abroad even if they have the legal document which grants their previously acquired citizenship rights as stated in the citizenship law. Turkish nationals, who complete their secondary education in a foreign country are also required to pay the tuition fee of the students admitted from abroad.
Students admitted to Bilkent University through transfer application, are also required to pay the tuition fee of the students admitted from abroad, if they have not registered to their previous institution through central placement.
