<strong>Place: </strong>Open-Air Sports Facilities/Indoor Tennis Courts

<strong>Zumba;</strong> A dance – fitness program practiced with its authentic music, rhythm and choreography. Most entertaining method of exercising.

<strong>Fit and Fun;</strong> Fun and sports all in one; A conditioning program involving cardio and local strength training.

<strong>Functional Training;</strong> A training method to improve strength and function of all muscle groups in order to facilitate our daily life.

<strong>H.I.I.T.; </strong>A training method focused on general muscle strength, strengthening core muscles and heart, fat burning, and body sculpturing.

<strong>Body Weight Training;</strong> A training method to get all of your muscles into form as well as improving your deficiencies using your own body weight.

<strong>Pilates;</strong> A method of exercise developed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, correct posture, improve general wellbeing of the body and quality of life.

<strong>Yoga;</strong> A course to heal the body while making it more flexible and enduring through movements in harmony with breathing.

<strong>Place: </strong>Outdoor Sports Facilities / Indoor Tennis Courts

<strong>Beginner; </strong>A healthy and fun course where you can develop tennis skills such as holding the racket, fundamental “forehand”, “backhand”, “vole” and “service”, keeping the ball in the game in the mini court to play tennis matches with simple rules and soft balls.

<strong>Intermediate; </strong>A course where after developing fundamental tennis skills, you build on “forehand”, “backhand”, “vole” and “service” skills with “spin”, “slice”, “lob”, “drop shot”, “slam” variations of these shots to increase your game and match experience with powerful and deep shots in the full court.

<strong>Advanced; </strong>The purpose of this level is to master the fundamental and advanced tennis shots, to experience and improve techniques and strategies for single and double matches.

<strong>Beginner;</strong> The level where skills such as holding the racket, “forehand” and “backhand” shots, “service” are learned along with fundamental rules.

<strong>Intermediate;</strong> The level where starting matches, simple strategies, dominating the T, effective service reception, parallel shots and detailed rules are learned.

<strong>Advanced;</strong> The level where strategies based on the competitor, effective service reception, blind spot control, responding to balls on corners and stepping exercises are learned.
